A couple relocating from Alberta was in need of their perfect home for their retirement plans and aging in place. The property itself posed an additional challenge, hosting rock-heavy terrain that required careful feasibility work before design could begin. Once completing the site assessment, Qathet Coast Builders managed all pre-construction planning, completed the full home design, secured permitting, and built the house from start to finish. The result is a tailor made home that reflects this couple's needs and allows them to savour the next chapter of their life in comfort.
